Request for Information From HPP
The Web Site provides you with the opportunity to request information regarding HPP announcements, submit story ideas, or sign up for a free sample issue. We use this Contact Information to e-mail you applicable information or responses you have requested. Submission of Newsletter Subscription and Payment Information to HPP
The Web Site permits you to subscribe and pay on line for HPP newsletters. The HPP subscription form requires you to give us personally identifiable information, which includes your name, title, address, phone, fax and e-mail address (Contact Information). You may also make payment for subscriptions through the Web Site by submitting credit card information (Payment Information). We use your Contact Information from the registration form to send you information about subscription and promotional material regarding related events. You may opt out of receiving such information upon receipt of the subsequent e-mail messages, and/or you may opt out at any time by sending us an e-mail (see the "Opt-Out Procedures" section below). We do not disclose Payment Information to third parties. We do share Contact Information with associations, organizations and publications which sponsor particular HPP activities.

The Web Site contains links to other sites. HPP is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites, including any sites that may indicate a special relationship or partnership with HPP, such as co-branded pages and "powered by" relationships. HPP does not disclose Contact or Payment Information to those responsible for the linked sites. The linked sites, however, may collect personal information from you when you link to their site.
